All your technical questions about our products can be answered by our general helpdesk in Best. The helpdesk call (Call ID) and the following actions are registered in our helpdesk system. It enables us to answer your questions quick and efficient.

For calls by e-mail we need the following information:
- short description of the error;
- if hardware related >> serial number and product code;
- if software related >> software version and OS version;
- complete error description, screenshots added if possible.
You can also use our ftp server if data is too much for sending by e-mail. Ask our helpdesk for your specific customer login to upload safe and secure.
